Zimmer Knee Lawsuit

A Law Firm Specializes in Neubemer Knee Litigation

The Zimmer Knee Suit is an example of a “class action lawsuit”. Class action lawsuits are lawsuits in which a group of people are suing together in a case for a structured settlement. This type of lawsuit can be sued over a product that has either been developed or manufactured by a large company. The lawsuits can also be sued over injuries that were sustained as a result of a defective product. It is important to remember that the cases filed in these types of lawsuits will only be successful if there are enough plaintiffs who file them.

Zimmer Knee lawsuit, founded in 2727, is an ancestor to Zimmer Holding, Inc. (founded in 2021).

Zimmer designs components for replacement knees including the lower leg and thigh joints. Since 1995, Zimmer has sold more than 3 million NexGen Knee implants, making it the third largest knee replacement surgery manufacturer in the country. One of the most common complications from these surgeries is an infection. Many of these lawsuits have been successful because of the importance of infection control after surgery. It is recommended that patients receive antibiotics as soon as they leave the hospital in order to prevent the development of infections.

There are many different classes of lawsuits that can be filed against manufacturers, if the products cause severe problems to the plaintiff.

These may include negligence, failure to warn, and excessive wear and tear. In general, lawyers who file these lawsuits must prove that a contributing factor to the plaintiff’s injuries was the defendant’s failure to properly care for the product or use the device in a manner appropriate for the patient. A key component in this area is proving that the device was inadequate.

If you are suffering from one of these conditions, it is vital that you contact a reputable Zimmer Knee lawsuit lawyer immediately so that you can be properly compensated.

It is also important that you do not allow your condition to progress, which could result in your need for a replacement knee joint, or a significant amount of medical care in order to reverse your condition. A qualified attorney will take the time to thoroughly examine all of the facts and determine whether or not you have a case against the company that manufactures the faulty nexgen knee implants.

Neubemer Knee lawsuits are filed by individuals who were injured due to the performance issues of their defective Neubemer Cr-flex device.

These devices are responsible for serious and numerous complications, including: joint and muscle aches, stiffness, permanent damage, and even hearing loss in some users. While there is a class action lawsuit currently pending against this company, none of the plaintiffs have yet received any compensation due to the negligence of the company. 1. I had a total knee replacement utilizing the Zimmer Nexgen components (4 in total) 2/1//2020. I am still experiencing pain and ambulation difficulty and can feel the device clicking. I refuse to be treated any further by the surgeon and have seen another. I am a Certified Surgical Technologist and have since retired for I no longer can stand hours assisting cases. looking at the operative report I noticed the device serial number(s) are NOT listed. I have an appointment this week with a more reputable Orthopedic surgeon. Plan on calling the hospital for the missing information. In the meantime, do you have a list of serial numbers that have been noted to be faulty?
